Staffing

Sara Heyer is an experienced pool manager and is a (CPO) Certified Pool Operator, Certified Food Safety Manager, and is also certified as an (AFO) Aquatic Facility Operator.  She has her undergraduate degree from Minnesota State University in Physical Education and a Master's Degree in Sport Management, also from Minnesota State University.  She possesses certifications in American Red Cross: Water Safety Instructor, Lifeguard Trainer, CPR Instructor, AED Instructor, First Aid Instructor, and Lifeguard Management.

A staff of 40 part-time employees will assist her, including 32 life guards and several concession and admission workers. All life guards are certified in Lifeguard Training, CPR for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid.
